    1 1/2 lb. 93% lean ground beef
    1 medium head of cabbage, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    salt, pepper and garlic powder
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. 1% milk


Whisk the soup and milk together in a large bowl. Set aside. In a large Dutch oven, brown the beef and onion. Season to taste with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Cook until the beef is no longer pink and onion is tender. Add the cabbage to the beef and onion; cook about 10 minutes or until cabbage is done to desired consistancy. Add the soup mixture; stir and cook about 2-3 minutes. Serve over hot egg noodles. Makes 4 generous servings or 6 moderate servings.
