Ingredients

    3 cups plain mashed potatoes, peeled or unpeeled (Instant mashed potatoes work too)
    1/2 cup reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 cup reduced fat mayonnaise
    1 egg, lightly beaten w. fork
    1 7.5 oz can salmon, skin and bones removed
    fresh dill, salt and pepper and/or minced onion to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Mix together all ingredients and spead in greased 9 inch pie plate or cake pan. . Bake 35-40 minutes, or until edges are deep golden brown and center is slightly puffed up and springy.
