    Joseph's Lavash Bread, 1
    1 c Ragu Pizza Sauce
    1 c mushrooms
    10 rings of onion, red
    1/4 c green peppers, sliced in thin strips
    1/4 c red peppers, sliced in thin strips
    1/4 c black olives, sliced
    1 c shredded mozzarella cheese, part skim


Preheat oven to 425. Cut up all veggies and cook in pan until tender. Meanwhile, spread pizza sauce on lavash. Once veggies are tender, distribute on top of pizza sauce. Top with cheese. Bake until cheese is lightly brown. Cut into nine pieces. Serves 3.
