    4 cups fresh baby spinach
    1 cup strawberry slices
    2 kiwi fruit sliced
    1 cup orange sections
    2 hardboiled eggs, chopped
    1/4 cup ketchup
    1/4 cup water
    1/4 cup splenda brown sugar
    1/4 cup olive oil
    3 tbsp cider vinegar
    1/2 tsp spicy brown mustard


Whisk together ketchup, water, brown sugar, olive oil, vinegar and brown mustard. Layer spinach, fruit and eggs in a bowl and serve with dressing mixture.
