Number of Servings: 3


    3 chicken breast
    1 1/2 cups broccoli
    3/4 package of linguine
    3tsp. of Mrs. Dash garlic & herb season
    1/2 cup of evaporated skim milk
    1 tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/4 cup of flour
    1 1/2 cups of water ( taken from pot used to boil broccoli- use the rest of the water in the pot to boil linguine)


Boil broccoli until tender take broccoli out & put aside (cut into little chunks)
take out 1 1.2 cups of water from pot and put aside
boil linguine (as directed on package) then strain
Cut chicken breast into strips cook in non stick pan (when done put aside with broccoli)
in pan used to cook chicken- add butter , broccoli water that was set aside, and evaporated milk.
cook over medium heat slowly adding flour (make sure to whisp out any lumps).
add Mrs. Dash season. Continue to stir until sauce thickens.
put broccoli, chicken, & linguine in bowl .
pour sauce over , mix around and enjoy!
