    Asparagus, fresh, .60 cup (remove)
    Mushrooms, fresh, .25 cup, pieces or slices (remove)
    Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped (remove)
    Swiss Cheese, 1 cup, diced (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 6 large (remove)
    Light Cream (coffee cream or table cream), 1.5 cup (remove)
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, .25 cup (remove)
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    pinch nutmeg
    pinch garlic powder
    1 1/2 tablespoons fresh herbs ( rosemary, thyme, chives)


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 8-inch pie pan with non-stick cooking spray. Layer vegetables and cheese in dish halfway to the top. Beat eggs, cream and spices together. Pour over veggies and cheese allow to settle. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove, sprinkle parmesan on top and bake for 15 minutes more or until knife comes clean and parmesan melted. Remove, let set and then serve.
