    1/2 cup Apple Sauce
    1/4 cup Brown Sugar
    1/2 cup Splenda
    1 large Egg, fresh
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1/2 cup Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
    1/2 cup Ground Flax Seed
    1/2 tsp Baking Soda
    1/2 cup Raisins
    1 cup rolled oats


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix oil and sugars together in a bowl. Add egg and vanilla, mixing well.
Add flour, flaxseed and baking soda, mix until combined. Stir in raisins and oats.
Drop dough onto parchment lined cookie sheet, 2" apart.
Bake for 12-15 minutes
Cool on pan for one minute than place on rack.

Applesauce can be used in place of oil. Splenda can be used in place of the sugar.
