Introduction

I never EVER thought I could eat banana bread without downing an insane amount of fat and calories. This recipe is pretty amazing because you get a nice FAT CHUNK of sweet banana bread for not a lot of calories--and it has almost 4 grams of fiber to boot! I found this in the HG cookbook today, and in honor of my favorite blueberry banana smoothie-used Mott's Harvest Delight no-sugar added applesauce in in Blueberry Delight and a cup of blueberries. It added 10 calories to the final number. YUM!!!!!! - 6/1/09
