    1 Tbs Sugar
    8 oz. chicken breast
    3 tbs maggi (or soy)
    3 Tbs garlic
    1 egg white
    1 large stalk broccoli
    1 tbs olive oil
    5 oz udon noodles


in large skillet heat oil, add garlic and cut chicken, cook till chicken is done. Add broccoli, soy and sugar. Add cooked udon noodles.

make hole in the middle of the pan add the egg and cook, them mix into the rest of the pan.
