Ingredients

    3/4 Cup unsweetened applesauce
    1 1/2 Cup sugar -or less
    1 1/2 Cup bananas-mashed
    2 eggs beaten
    1 tsp vanilla
    2 cup flour (I use 1 cup white and 1 cup whole wheat)
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 cup nonfat milk

Directions

mix applesauce, sugar, bananas, eggs and vanilla in large mixing bowl. Combine flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon in sepaerate bowl. Add dry ingredients and milk alternately to banana mixture a small amount at a time, mix well after each addition. Add 3/4 cup mini semi sweet chocolate chips pour into greased or papered muffins tins-cook 350 about 20 miinutes
