Introduction

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 lb. Ground Turkey
    1 package Stove Top Stuffing Mix
    1 TBLS. Lipton Onion Soup Mix
    1 TSP. Taco Seasoning Mix
    1 Egg
    1 oz. Shredded cheese (Optional)

Directions

In a large bowl, add ground turkey, stuffing mix, soup mix, taco seasoning, and egg.
Mix well.
Scoop mixture into a non-stick (or use a non-stick spray) muffin tin. Divide equally so that you make 12 mini-meatloaves.
Cook on 350 for about 35-40 minutes. As an option, top with a few sprinkles of cheese and return to oven for 5 minutes.
Serves: 10 muffins.
