Ingredients

    24 large shrimp (I buy them frozen, peeled and cooked and then thaw them in cold water)
    2 T olive oil
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1/4 t red pepper flakes (add more if you like it spicier--this is plenty for me)
    1 t steak seasoning (Montreal Seasoning by McCormick)
    2 t lemon juice
    1 t dried parsley

Directions

Heat a large skillet over medium high heat.
Add olive oil, garlic, red pepper flakes and shrimp
Season with grill seasoning, or salt and pepper
Cook shrimp 3 minutes or just until pink (or if using previously frozen and already cooked, until warmed through)
Toss with lemon juice and chopped parsley.
Enjoy!
