Ingredients

    chicken breast, skin and bone removed
    Olivio spread
    green pepper
    Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Chicken
    1% milk
    pimientos
    rice

Directions

Precook chicken and let cool in refrigerator.

In saucepan, cook pepper in Olivio until tender. Blend in soup and milk; stir in chicken and pimiento. Heat; stir often. Serve over favorite rice, mashed potato, or low-fat biscuits.
