Number of Servings: 6


    4-8 chicken breast tenderloins
    1 medium onion, raw and quartered
    2 garlic cloves
    1.5 cups of quartered tomatillos, small
    2 tablespoons of cottage cheese
    1.5 tablespoons of Cheese whiz
    1 small habanero pepper, seeded and cut
    0.5 cup of tomato sauce
    1 tablespoon of chili powder
    0.25 cup of 2% milk
    A couple tortillas
    shredded cheese, 1/4 cup per serving


Makes about 6-8 servings (depending on how much chicken is put into each taco!)
To begin, cut up chicken into smal cubes and add to skillet over medium heat. Cook until white. In a blender or food processor, add Habanero, garlic, tomato sauce, cheese whiz, cottage cheese, tomatillos and onion. Blend until liquified. Pour mixture over chicken. Add milk and chili powder. Let simmer for 10-15 minutes over med-low heat. Serve on warm tortillas and add cheese. Bon appetit!
