    *Whole Wheat Flour, 1.3 cup (
    *Splenda granular , 1/2 C
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    Salt, 0.5 tsp
    Banana, fresh, 2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)
    *Motts unsweetened Applesauce, 6 oz
    Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol, 1 tsp
    *Skim Milk, .75 cup


Preheat oven to 375. In a large bowl stir together dry ingredients. In a small bowl, combine bananas, oil, vanilla, and rice milk. Pour liquid ingredients with the dry and mix together gently until "just mixed". Spoon into lightly oiled muffin pan (or muffin cups) and bake 15-20 minutes. Yields 12 muffins.
