    approx 1lb beef cut into strips
    stroganoff sauce mix
    1c ligth sour cream
    3 cups cooked rice


brown beef in pan then set browned beef aside.
add gravy mix and sourcream to pan cook to packet directions, add beef back in and continue to cook tuntil heated through.
Meanwhile cook rice in separate pot.
Place rice on plate and top with beef mixture. Enjoy!
