    Cream Cheese, 8 oz
    Lemon Juice, 2 tsp.
    Pie crust, graham cracker, 1 pie shell (9" dia)
    Flour, white, .2 tsp
    Granulated Sugar, 6 TBS
    Egg, fresh, 2 medium
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp


Beat cream cheese, sugar and flour in medium bowl. Blend in eggs, vanilla, and lemon juice until smooth. Pour into pie shell and bake at 325 until set in center. Cool and top with your favorite fresh fruit. Makes approx. 10 servings. I tend to cut small slices to reduce my calories and sodium so I can cut this into 12 small slices and be content and not feel guilty if I have two!
