Introduction

These muffins are almost a meal. They have lots of fruit and a bit of fiber. I eat a 4 oz. yogurt with them and it makes a great breakfast. These muffins are almost a meal. They have lots of fruit and a bit of fiber. I eat a 4 oz. yogurt with them and it makes a great breakfast.

Ingredients

    3 c. wheat flour
    1/2 c. ground flax seed
    3 tbsp. wheat germ
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs (we use eggland's best)
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    4 tsp. powder
    1 c.. skim milk
    6 tbsp. canola oil
    3 c. raisins
    1 c. craisins

Directions

400 degrees for about 18 - 20 min. We don't eat them with anything on them but if you wanted to add cream cheese for the protein I'll bet they'd be great!
