Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
Butter, unsalted, .33 cup (remove)
Onions, raw, .75 cup, chopped (remove)
Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced (remove)
*Pepper, white, .25 tsp (remove)
*Flour, white, .25 cup (remove)
Milk, nonfat, 5 cup (remove)
Chicken Breast, no skin, .5 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook (remove)
*Heart Smart Bisquick (mix only), 1.5 cup (remove)
Milk, nonfat, .5 cup (remove)
Directions
Make wild rice according to pkg. instructions.
Cook .5lb of Cubed Chicken breast.
During last half of cooking wild rice prepare the soup mix.
Melt 1/3 cup of unsalted butter in a sauce pan.
Add finely chopped celery and diced onion.
Cook until vegetables are soft.
Add flour and white pepper.
Stir and add 5 cups of milk Cook until it begins to thicken add chicken breast and and rice until it is thouroughly warmed.
Make Heart Healthy Bicuits..
Break open biscuits and pour Cream of Soup on top...Serve...You won't need to add salt or pepper.
