    Beef Round Tip (1 lb - strips)
    Water (6 cups)
    Beef Bouillon (1 cube)
    Thyme (1/2 tsp, ground)
    Basil (1/2 tsp, ground)
    Onion Powder (1/2 tsp)
    Garlic Powder (1/2 tsp)
    Brown Rice (1/2 cup, uncooked)
    White Rice (1/2 cup, uncooked)
    Fresh Baby Carrots (1 cup, chopped)
    Fresh Celery (1 cup, chopped)


* Pour water into slow-cooker and add bouillon cube
* Add all seasonings and stir well
* Add Beef to seasoned water, cover, and turn cooker on high
* Let cook on high for three hours
* Add rice to cooker, stir
* Chop vegetables and add to cooker, stir
* Continue cooking on high for another hour
* Serve & Enjoy!
