Introduction

Great way to use leftover chili. It makes 4 burritos which will feed 2-4 people Great way to use leftover chili. It makes 4 burritos which will feed 2-4 people
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 - cup of Pen's Chili
    4 - 30 gram Whole wheat Tortillas, Dempsters
    3 - oz of grated skim milkmozzerella cheese
    1 - Tbs of thinly sliced onions (optional)
    1/2 cup tomato salsa (optional)

Directions

Spread 1/4 cup of chili onto each tortilla almost to the edge.
Sprinkle 1/2 oz. of cheese on top of chili. Add onions, if desired.
Roll tortilla tightly together and lay in a baking dish that has been sprayed with non-stick oil. Keeping them side by side, sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake at 375o - for 15 - 20 mins. or until hot and cheese melted.
Serve with salsa.
Will feed 2 hungry people or 4 not-so-hungry people! Serve with a salad and enjoy!
