I use this for nachos, taco salad, tacos, dip...you name it! I use this for nachos, taco salad, tacos, dip...you name it!

    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 medium zucchini, chopped
    8oz mushrooms, sliced
    15oz black beans, rinsed, drained and mashed
    small can chopped jalapenos
    taco seasoning
    2/3c water
    1 bag MorningStar Farms Original Grillers


Heat a pan over medium-high heat, add the onion, zucchini and mushrooms. Saute until the mushrooms start to lose their water. Add the black beans, jalapenos, taco seasoning and water. Bring to a simmer, add the veggie crumbles, heat through and enjoy! Makes 6 1c servings.
