Ingredients

    -1 lb. penne pasta, cooked
    -8 oz ground beef
    -1 small onion, chopped
    -2 cans tomato paste
    -2 1/3 cups water
    -1 T beef bouillon
    -2 cups shredded cheese, Monterey Jack, or Cheddar

Directions

-pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
-cook pasta
-brown beef with onion
-add water, tomato paste, and bouillon, and cook with beef 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally
-layer in a 9x13 pan, 1/2 the pasta, 1/2 the sauce, and 1/2 the cheese, repeat
-cover
-bake 20-25 minutes
