    2 cup Bisquick
    4 tbsp water (hot)
    1/2 cup butter (melted)
    8 egg whites
    1/4 cup milk
    1/4 cup spinach
    1/4 cup feta cheese (I used reduced fat feta)
    1/4 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
    spices to taste


for crust: in bowl mix melted butter and bisquick, add hot water and keep mixing til thick. place crust in greased pie pan or baking pan. smooth out to cover bottom of pan. In separate bowl beat egg whites and milk, spices and cheeses, leaving aside half of mozzarella cheese. Add spinach and cover in mixture. pour over crust. cook at 350 degrees for 30 min, add remaining cheese on top. Cook for 10 more min or until done.
