Introduction

A simple pasta salad. Can be served cold or hot. A simple pasta salad. Can be served cold or hot.

Ingredients

    1 c. sun-dried tomatoes
    3 c. fresh spinach
    3 c. whole wheat penne
    1/2 c. pine nuts
    1/2 c. feta cheese

Directions

Boil pasta and drain. Saute spinach. Toss together and enjoy!
