Ingredients

1 box Jell-O Sugar Free Fat Free Banana Cream Pudding mix (Vanilla is great too)
    3 overripe bananas
1 cup of sugar (splenda and it will greatly remove the cals but i haven't tried it yet)
    1.5 cups flour
    5.33 tbsp light butter
    1.5 tsp vanilla extract
    1 egg

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix the wet ingredients together, mash the bananas into the mixture then mix in the rest of the ingredients. Make sure everything is mixed together well!

Pour into a floured/greased/sprayed loaf pan and bake in the over for about an hour and 20 minutes. Cooking time will vary by oven so you can tell its done when the top is browned well but not burned.

Cut the loaf in thirds then cut each piece in half, making 12 slices (which the nutrition facts go along with). Using splenda cuts the cals to 120 per slice but again, I havent tried it with this recipe yet.

ENJOY!!
