Introduction

This is a very filling breakfast. Sometimes I throw in a tablespoon of ground flax as well. It's good enough to be a dessert! This is a very filling breakfast. Sometimes I throw in a tablespoon of ground flax as well. It's good enough to be a dessert!

Ingredients

    1/2 cup uncooked old-fashioned oats
    1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese
    1/2 tsp Splenda brown sugar blend
    1 Tbsp PB2 powdered peanut butter

Directions

Stir the oats, cottage cheese, and splenda together. Microwave for one minute. Stir in the dry PB2. Microwave for another 15 seconds. The oatmeal will be nice and chewy.

Makes 1 serving.

    If I could, I would give this 10 stars, it's that good!! I actually find myself looking forward to having this for breakfast. I also add a couple of drops of vanilla at the same time you add the PB2. - 8/2/11
