A delicious way to spice up grilled cheese or scrambled eggs. A delicious way to spice up grilled cheese or scrambled eggs.

    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 tsp butter
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 tsp coriander seed
    red pepper to taste
    3 tbsp cider vinegar
    1 tsp brown sugar


Heat butter in a frying pan and add onions. Saute until they are translucent. Add salt, coriander seed, and a dash of red pepper (or more, depending upon taste). Continue cooking about 10 minutes, then add cider vinegar and brown sugar. Continue cooking until smooth and creamy.

Makes 8 servings of 2 Tablespoons each.
