Ingredients

    9 eggs
    canned vegetables (any kind) 270 grams
    canned mushrooms 200 gr
    chopped ham 150 gr
    mozzarella 125 gr
    onion - 5 onion rings
    salt
    pepper

Directions

Mix all the ingredients above and pour into the muffin pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
Makes 24 muffins.
