Introduction

Ingredients

    4 Tablespoons light sour cream
    4 Tablespoons light mayo
    1 medium scallion chopped fine
    1/8 teaspoon hot sauce
    1 teaspoon dijon mustard
    1 teaspoon curry powder
    (I used Penzey's Balti type)
    salt to taste

Directions

Mix all ingredients. If time permits, allow to chill for 1/2 hour to allow flavors to blend. Additional ingredients can be added, such as fresh parley, chives or dill, capers, and/or shallots, none of which change the calories very much. Serving size is about 1 tablespoon.
