    Potato, frozen - 32 oz. bag
    Chicken Broth - 99% Fat Free, 8 cup
    breakfast Gravy, dry mix in 2 cups water
    Celery, raw, 2 cup, diced
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    crushed Garlic, .25 cup
    Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz)
    2 cup Cauliflower, cooked, blend until smooth


Saute celery, onions and garlic until tender. Mix in remaining ingredients and simmer for about 60 minutes or until slighty thick.
