    Regular Oats Cereal, .33 cup
    Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), .25 cup,
    Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), .25 cup
    Cottage Cheese, Nonfat, .25 cup
    Vanilla Extract, .5 tsp
    *Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 3 tsp
    Water, tap, .25 cup (8 fl oz)
    *Whole Wheat Flour, 15 grams


Mix all dry ingredients together. (15 grams of flour is about 1 rounded tablespoon) Add all other ingredients except blueberries. Mix well and stir blueberries in gently. Makes 2 pancakes per serving.
