Number of Servings: 21

Ingredients

    2 Cups Soy Flour
    2 Cups Sugar
    1 Cup Cocoa Powder
    2 tsp Baking Soda
    2 eggs
    1 cup milk 1%
    1 tsp Vanilla
    1 cup prepared coffee
    3/4 Cup oil

Directions

Mix all dry ingredients together well. Mix in all wet ingredients and beat with mixer about 3 min. pour into a prepared 13"X9"Pan and bake approx. 30 or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Makes 18 to 24 generous pieces.

May be frosted or sprinkled with splenda or cocoa powder.
