    1 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
    2/3 cup sugar
    2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 cup mashed bananas
    1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
    2 T nonfat milk
    1/2 cup egg beaters


combine all ingredients beat with an electric mixer on slow until combined, then on high for 2 minutes.

bake at 350 for 40 - 45 minutes
