Ingredients

    6 (I use large ones) turkey necks
    2 cups dry rice
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Rinse turkey necks. Place turkey necks with salt and pepper in the crockpot with water enough to just cover the turkey necks. Cook for 5 hours on high. When turkey necks are tender and almost falling off of the bone, add rice and continue to cook until rice is done. (You can add onion and bell pepper for seasoning if you like. My kids don't like and it is too hard to take out.)
