    2 eggs
    1/2 cup sugar

    1 cup mashed bananas (2 to 3)

    (break bananas into chunks and place in a separate bowl. Use fork or potato masher to mash until smooth)

    1 cup flour
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/2 cup melted margarine


Serving size is one muffin.

Mix ingredients in order given. Bake in ungreased paper lined muffin tins at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
