Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1/2 Cup Skim Milk
    6 Cups Chicken Stock
    12 oz Chicken Breast Meat
    1/2 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
    1/2 Cup Idahoan Potato Flakes

Directions

Boilyour chicken, & shredd or peice it to whatever size you prefer. Using the (water) stock you boiled the chicken in add back in you chicken also add in veggies at this point if you like. Bring to a boil & sift in flour slowly, continuosly stirring to prevent lumps, add instant potato flakes gradually stirring in slowly to thicken, the potato flakes combined with flour replace the cornstartch from other recipes. Allow to set 5 minutes to thicken.

You may also add salt to the recipes to taste, I simply add it to my plate.

Makes 8 servings.
