    Pork Tenderloin, 18 oz
    Onions, raw, 2 cup, chopped
    *Radish, Fresh, 8 oz
    *Potato, raw, 2.5 cup
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Olive Oil, 1.5 tbsp


chop all veggies and place around pork loin in casserole dish. drizzle the olive oil over the vegetables and cover with foil. season to taste, and cook on 350 for 45 minutes, then remove foil and let the veggies brown for the next 15-20 minutes.
