    2 cups Romaine Lettuce
    1 med stalk Celery
    2 med Scallion
    2 rings Red Pepper
    1/2 tablespoon Olive oil
    1/2 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
    1/2 oz Parmesan Cheese, grated


Chop vegetables, pour vinegar and oil over vegetables and toss, ass grated Parmesan Cheese. 1 Serving.............Enjoy!
