Introduction

This is a very rough recipe because I'm the kind of person to just chuck things together without measuring. Just adjust to taste; you could also add potato or use veggie stock instead of water. Ingredients

    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Garlic, 3 clove
    Onions, 1 medium
    Mushrooms, fresh, 3 small
    Crushed Tomatoes, 1 can
    Carrots 1 medium
    Lentils, 1 tin
    Salt and Pepper
    Dried Chili
    Cumin

Directions

Fry onions, mushrooms and garlic in olive oil until soft. Add in tins of tomatoes and lentils, carrot, and spices. Mix in about a cup of water, bring to boil and simmer for approx 20 mins until carrot is cooked.
