Ingredients

    # Beef chuck, arm pot roast, 3 lb
    # *Potato, raw, 16 small
    # Carrots, raw, 3 lg
    # Onions, raw, 1 medium
    # Pepper, black, 1 tbsp
    # Garlic, 3 cloves
    # Cream of Celery Soup, 1 can

Directions

Mince garlic.Saute' garlic while you brown the roast in a skillet. Place vegetables in crockpot. Place roast on top of vegies. Empty can of soup on top. Cook on low for 8-12 hours.
