Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 Hard boiled eggs (peeled)
    1 tbsp. Best Foods Mayonnaise
    1/4 tsp Mustard
    1/4 C. celery (diced)
    1/4 C. almonds (whole) (optional and not included in nutritional info, due to some people having an allergy to nuts)
    2-4 slices Wheat Bread

Directions

Cut up the hard boiled eggs in small dish. Add Mayonnaise and Mustard, stir until all moist. Add celery, stir. Add nuts (optional), stir. Lay out 1 slice of bread on plate, spread egg salad on slice, lay other slice on top. Cut if desired.

Serves 2-4.
