    1.5 lbs Cooked Chicken
    5 stalks celery - cut into long pieces
    1 medium onion- sliced
    1.5 cups of sliced mushrooms
    1 bunch fresh spinach
    1 can Bamboo Shoots
    1 cup fresh Mung Bean Sprouts
    1 Tbsp Pure Corn Starch Powder
    6 Wyler's Bouillon Cubes
    2 tsp Sesame oil
    4 cups water
    2 Tbsp olive oil
    1 Tbsp Low sodium sioy sauce


In pan sear cooked chicken in Olive oil and Sesame Oil. When a little browned add 2 cups water and 4 bouillon cubes. bring to a boil. In measuring cup or bowl mix corn starch with the other 2 cup water and other 2 bouillon cubes. When well blended add to chicken. Bring to boil. Turn down to medium heat and add celery, onion, mushrooms, spinach, bamboo shoots, bean sprouts and soy sauce.

Low sodium soy sauce to taste

Makes 8 - 1.5 cup serving
