Light and very healthy salad! Light and very healthy salad!
Number of Servings: 1


    2 cups of fresh baby spinach
    1/4 cup canned mandarin oranges
    1/2 cup of seedless grapes
    1 Tbsp chopped onion
    3 baby carrots chopped
    1 Tbsp of Hellmann's Low Fat Mayo
    1 tsp of Honey Mustard


Chop onion and carrots; add to spinach with grapes and mandarin oranges. Mix mayo and mustard together and mix into salad! Delicious! You can also add some chopped chicken breast, but you have to add nutrients for chicken.
