Ingredients

    1 cup Corn Bread Mix -
    1 cup Flour, whole grain
    1/4 cup Heart Smart Bisquick
    1/4 cup Olive Oil
    1/2 cup Milk, nonfat
    1/4 cup Water

    1/2 cup Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce

    1/4 cup finely shredded red Cabbage
    7 large Mushrooms thinly sliced

    1 cup Cottage Cheese, 2% Milkfat
    Onion powder, 1 tbsp
    Garlic powder, 1 tbsp
    Thyme, ground, 1/2 tbsp
    Rosemary, dried, 1/2 tbsp
    Basil, 1/2 tbsp

    1 large Tomatoes, thinly sliced
    1/4 cup Green Peppers
    4 Green Olives, diced
    1/3 cup Parmesan Cheese

Directions

Mix crust and pad down on pizza pan. Pour over pizza sauce. Layer in thinly shredded red cabbage and some of the mushrooms. Mix cotttage cheese with spices and clump on top. Then layer on very thinly slice tomatoes and place on top, same with green peppers, remaining mushrooms. Add a few green olives that have been dices and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Place in 470 degree oven for 15 minutes.
