Introduction

I made this ice cream in a 1 quart electric ice cream maker. It's really tasty and nice when you want a sweet treat!

Oh and don't forget to freeze your canister!!

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 cup 1% milk
    1/2 cup Splenda
    Dash salt
    2/3 cup whole milk
    1/3 cup nonfat evaporated milk
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

Combine 1% milk, Splenda, and salt. Stir with a wire whisk until Splenda is dissolved. Stir in whole milk, nonfat evaporated milk and vanilla.

Pour into canister and freeze 20-40 minutes depending on desired consistency.
