Introduction

Ingredients

    Low carb whole wheat Tortillas approx 7" size
    2 ounces of left over or premade Taco meat.
    onion
    1 ounce of cheddar cheese and 3/4 ounce of pepper jack cheese.

Directions

Makes 2 serving but an easily be multiplied.

I also like to heat up my left over taco meat in the microwave before using.

Add 1 ounce of taco meat to each tortilla
add half an onion slice to each
then add 1/2 ounce of cheddar cheese and a bit under half an ounce of pepper jack cheese to each.

Wrap and place in your GT Xpress using the divider pan or oval pan, or in your GT 101 and cook for 4 minutes for a softer tortilla or 7 minutes for a crisper tortilla.
