Introduction

This is one variation of my mom's basic coffee cake. One day a friend gave my mom a jar of figs so she just made a cake out of them. You can also use this recipe and substitute bananas, cherries, apples, or just about any other fruit for the figs. When you are using a more or less liquid/juicy fruit, adjust the amount of yogurt you use. Make sure that your total liquids are about 2 cups. This is one variation of my mom's basic coffee cake.
