    # Coconut Milk (100gr fresh coconut 600ml water), 300 gram (remove)
    # Brown Sugar, 50 grams (remove)
    # Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp (remove)
    # Yogurt Lassi, 150 gram (remove)
    # Water, tap, 45 grams (remove)
    # Gelatin - 1 envelope (1 tbsp), 8 gram (remove)

Directions

dissolve gelatin in water.
scald milk, add gelatin and spices.
cook 2mn.
add yogurt and vanilla.
chill over night, 6hr.
garnish, chocolate
