    1 stick butter
    1 cups each brown and gran sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp vanilla
    1/2 cup each of white, wheat and vital wheat gluten flours
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 cup each wheat bran and wheat germ
    2 cups oats
    1-1/2 cups milk chocolate morsels


Preheat oven to 350, place racks on middle and lower heights. Cream the softened butter with the sugars, then slowly add the eggs. Whisk the dry ingredients together and then add to the wet ingredients. Stir in oats and chocolate chips by hand. Shape into 2-inch balls and place on greased or parchment papered-cookie sheet. Cook for 22-25 minutes, rotating the sheets from upper-to-lower rack (and vice-versa halfway through cooking). Do not over cook.
